45-minute Individual Therapy Session
$190
I offer out-of-pocket payment for therapy sessions, giving you the flexibility, privacy, and confidentiality you deserve.

Need More Time for Processing? Extended Sessions Available!
Sometimes, a 45-minute session can fly by, especially when you’re deep into processing or reflecting. If you find that you need extra time, I offer the option to extend your session by an additional 25 minutes for $95. This brings your total session length to between 1 hour and 10 minutes and 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Extended sessions can be helpful if you want additional time to work through important topics or need a bit more space to process your thoughts. If you’re interested in adding time to your session, please let me know in advance when scheduling, as I will need to adjust my schedule accordingly to accommodate the extra time.

Using Out-Of-Network Benefits Made Simple
Paying privately doesn’t mean you’re on your own with insurance. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, here’s what that looks like:
You’ll pay the session fee at the time of your appointment.
I’ll provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
