What We Do During an Intensive

Every intensive is personalized to you, but we typically:

  • explore patterns related to anxiety, overthinking, and feeling stuck

  • process experiences that may still be impacting you

  • work through emotions in real time, not just talk about them

  • practice tools and coping strategies you can use outside of session
